Refund policy

14 days to change your mind. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the item, without giving a reason. We offer the same to customers outside the EU.

How to cancel. Tell us before the 14 days end by email to syrovatskaya.pro@gmail.com, with your name, order number and the item. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Sending it back. Return the item within 14 days of telling us, well packed and in the condition you received it, to Syrovatskaya Books & Curiosities, Avinguda Diagonal 88, 6H, 08019 Barcelona, Spain. Please use a tracked, insured service. You pay the cost of the return.

Your refund. We refund the price and the shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you send proof of posting, whichever comes first. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the item.

If an item isn't as described. Each item is described from the copy in hand, and the condition notes are part of the description. If what you receive doesn't match it, tell us as soon as you can: we'll arrange the return at our cost and refund everything, including all shipping. This doesn't affect your legal rights, set out in our terms of service.
