Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to Spain and to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll quote.

How shipping is charged. Shipping isn't charged at checkout, because the right packing and service depend on the item and your address. Within 1–2 business days of your order we email you the exact cost of tracked, insured delivery, with a secure link to pay it. If you'd rather not go ahead at that price, reply to cancel and we'll refund your order in full.

Packing and dispatch. Every item is packed by hand between rigid boards, and photographs travel flat. We dispatch within 2 business days of receiving the shipping payment and email you the tracking number.

Delivery times. Typical times after dispatch, not guarantees: Spain 1–3 business days, rest of the EU 3–7, rest of Europe 4–10, rest of the world 5–15. Customs can add time.

Customs, duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer and aren't included in our prices or shipping quote. We declare the full price paid on the customs form and can't mark items as gifts.

Insurance, loss and damage. Parcels are insured for the full price paid. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item, keep all packing materials, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We handle the carrier claim and refund you in full. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll open a trace.

Several items. Items ordered together ship in one parcel with one shipping charge.
